"Trevor Rabin was more like a very powerful, modernistic guitar player". i.e., Metal/Pop (vs Howe's Jazz/Classical approach). If you can't tell the difference in the quality of the guitarists involved, just compare the quality of the songs they wrote together with Anderson.

"We wrote together like brothers. He had classical training, so when I worked with him, it opened my eyes and my ears."

Lol, Howe had classical training?? Bet he'd be surprised to learn that ;)

Right, he said he enjoyed writing with both of these guitarists...the bull shit is flying around the interview!

He said writing with Howe, they were like brothers in those early YES years when writing. Utter crap Bill says!

Damn it, a member of YES or ex-member actually managed to just say nice things about two other YES musicians...

now that is a crock

;-)
