They completely trounced Michael Flatley's "Lord Of The Dance" this year!

But still... Yes finishes 4 places behind Slightly Stoopid.

Those average attendance #s are pretty dismal. As a point of reference, they ranked #65 in 2002 w/ an average attendance of 3494. #82 in 2004 2/ an average attendance of 3622.

dismal numbers, yes, but still improved over HSW's Drama/FFH fiasco. Getting a better tribute singer and going to a setlist focused on Anderson/Yes music can't turn this mess into Yes, but it is less a mess than the mess they made immediately after they stopped being Yes.

Are they? Seemed like numbers for at least their initial run as HSW of Yes were higher than 1400/show. But I could be wrong...

I don't think so, if for no other reason than they quickly switched to pretending to be Yes to the extent that they started calling themselves Yes.

But, I was really referring to the tours after that one...so maybe I should have indicated the period when they started pretending to be Yes.

Of course, based on some of the numbers I've seen and the types of venues they mostly play, it's probable that the ticket sales numbers indicated on this chart are inflated by South American numbers and a lot of low/no cost tickets at a State Fair. The $59.13 average ticket price seems pretty low to the listed ticket prices for most (all?) of their shows.

I'm sure when they tour to promote the new studio album that ticket sales will skyrocket in to the 1700 a night range and at least 65.00 a ticket. ;-)
