I think the most intriguing thing in that story is the notion that
Igor Khoroshev has vanished. Even Henry's site has absolutely nothing
about the guy's whereabouts at present. How does someone with that
much talent simply disappear, when even the worst garage bands have
considerable web presence?

It's a good question. Jon K. asked me if I had any leads, and I didn't. I know he's worked hard to track Khoroshev down, but nothing.

I recently heard someone saying that sometimes when a stranger speaks
to him/her (I think it was a her), he/she responds in hushed tone
saying "you can see me"?

Aye, that's an eyebrow-raiser. Maybe he's a plumber for the KGB these
days.

I read that IK had produced a record for a band called "Like a Storm", who were an opening act for Creed, and I think have a somewhat similar sound. I don't think he played much on the record.

He co-produced them with Mike Plotnikoff, who engineered on _The Ladder_ and _House of Yes_. That was a few years ago. They've since co-produced a Swedish Christian metal band called Blindside and are now working with an LA-band called Checkpoint Charlie.

I think it fairly obvious that he was never missing at all.

"Igor Khoroshev: Live From The House Of Blue Steel"

Judging from his facial expression and wardrobe, it's probably best to
assume that automatic weapons and jello shooters are not a wise mix.
