Anderson Ponty Band in Aspen

An outstanding show, Jean-Luc and Jon Anderson are a match made in music heaven. Some reworking of old YES tunes, Yours is No Disgrace was reborn, a few Ponty tunes with Jon adding some lyrics, but the highlight was the new music. From the first 2 tunes, the band and the music soared.

So glad they did this...got to meet Jon briefly in teh oh so brief meet and greets and tell him a short, short story about the first time I heard "Some are Born." So he sang the first verse with me...nice, got my picture, t-shirts, the meet and greet stuff.
