PRESS RELEASE

YES meet fans & sign pre-release copies of their new DVD at HMV Oxford Circus

What: YES sign pre-release copies of YES Acoustic DVD
When: Thursday 17th June at 1.00pm
Where: HMV Oxford Circus, 150 Oxford Street, London, W1

Fresh from their Wembley Arena date, the kings of Progressive Rock, YES, will
be at HMV Oxford Circus to meet their multitude of fans* and sign pre-release
copies of their new DVD YES Acoustic (released on Monday 21st June). YES
members Jon Anderson, Steve Howe, Chris Squire, Rick Wakeman and Alan White
will be at HMV on Thursday 17th June at 1.00pm. The band will be racing up to
Birmingham after the HMV instore to continue their UK Arena Tour.

HMV's flagship store will be selling the DVD early to excited fans. It is not
officially released until 21st June.

Following a hugely successful year for the band in 2003 with the release of the
YESSPEAK DVD, THE ULTIMATE YES: 35th ANNIVERSARY COLLECTION CD, and sold-out
worldwide tours, YES continue to celebrate their 35th Anniversary Year in 2004.

YES Acoustic was recorded live in front of a Los Angeles studio audience on
January 26th, 2004. Presented with 5.1 Dolby Digital, 5.1 DTS & Dolby Stereo
sound options and DVD artwork designed by Roger Dean.

The recent success and resurgence of the band has led to a YES Special Tribute
Issue of Billboard (Nov 1st 2003), which has become the No.1 selling issue of
2003, a Top 10 UK chart entry with the Ultimate Collection CD, a big screen
premiere of YESSPEAK shown simultaneously across 21 theatres in North America,
amidst a whirlwind of national TV & Radio appearances and in-store
performances.

The ‘Classic’ line-up of Jon Anderson (Vocals), Steve Howe (Guitars), Chris
Squire (Bass), Alan White (Drums), Rick Wakeman (Keyboards) have recently
completed an Arena Tour of the USA and will continue to tour throughout Europe
in June & July.

I'm curious, does anyone know anyone who was in the L.A. studio audience?

Or the 2004 for that matter?

Hammersmith Odeon, London. It was over-sold, in fact. People were standing
several rows deep up at the back.

Many European dates in 2003 were sold out including London. (Of
course, if they sell the same number of tickets this time, with a much
bigger venue, London won't be sold out in 2004.)

I was at Liverpool (4500) and Edinburgh (3000) and couldn't see many if any
empty seats.

Edinburgh was jam packed last year. Always seems to be a better atmosphere than
the Glasgow shows.
