Here is the June 6th update--
Dear APB Kickstarter supporters,
The band is reviewing final mixes and video edits putting the finishing touches on. We are also finalizing a worldwide licensing deal to commercially sell market and promote the CD and DVD.
We have tentatively set a worldwide release date of September 18. You will hear the announcement first.
We have also been active soliciting dates for our world tour...we are very excited by the results and look forward to getting the music and video to you.
Thanks from all of us,
APB Team

There are a lot of complaints about quite a few things. From memory I will list a few of them.
Lack of information. More info was gleaned from the replacement guitarists Facebook page, than anything management has yet to post. But it seems that page has quieted also...
Why was there a Kickstarter campaign if they are now going to use a record label for "Worldwide" release.
Why is there a hard date for the public worldwide release but not for the original backers of the project.
There was one hardcore complainer, and a few others just asking wtf?
The original Kickstarter campaign said there would be a dvd of the live September Aspen show, plus a live cd, plus a cd of new material. Thats been scaled back to a dvd and a live cd. No new original music. (I may have that part confused. Honestly, I lost interest in the project a while ago)
To my ears the samples have not been any better than what Jon has released in recent years, except that there is a full band, which puts it in City of Angels territory.
