McCartney and Denny Laine relationship

Can anybody tell me whatever happened to "Wings". Is Denny Laine still
working with McCartney. Did they have a "falling out?"

Laine put on a show just a few miles away from my home several weeks ago. I want to go and see him but the wife didn't want to go.

I've seen Denny Laine advertised at least yearly with playing of of Sgt. Pepper or some other theme --- in small venues. So, he is either itching to play, or itching to eat.
